Will it be like "official clan" which everyone can create and is it going to be in "ranking or will you give us complete freedom to the assumption of the clan , as we can see it in CSGO (We can change our clan's tag everytime in terms of every theme) ?

No it will be an official clan with all the rankings an so on, also the clan will have his own base and there will be a base assault game mode in clan wars
